Match Report: Ballynahinch United 1 – 2 Tullycarnet FC

Tullycarnet FC were the visitors at The Millbridge for midweek NAFL 1C action.

The away side created some early chances with Ballynahinch slow to start.

But it was the home team who took the lead after Sam Lurring found space on the left to cut it back to Gregg Allison. Gregg laid it off for Gavin Crawford to dispatch after half an hour.

Tullycarnet were dominant in the second half. United were defending for their lives with Ethan Majury’s long luscious locks flowing in the wind as he flew threw the air to block everything Tullycarnet attempted.

With Tullycarnet pilling forward, they finally found the equaliser with just two to go.

With momentum on their side, the away side headed home 5 minutes into injury time to pick up the points and inflict heartbreak on Ballynahinch.
